Personal liners are an optional extra - available at a cost of £37. Please order one if you'd like one. At BirthWorks we're very concerned about the planet - it does seem wasteful to use a liner once and then throw it away. A cheaper option, and less wasteful, is to clean the pool. Obviously our pools reach you in a clean condition, but if you want to be extra sure, we suggest you wipe round your pool before filling, using a mild bleach solution or a bathroom spray cleaner with bleach.
Budget Option		Standard Option
If cost's an important factor, this may be best for you. Experience the benefits of water, for labour and birth, at a very keen price. With this option you're relying on your own hot water supply to maintain the temperature of the water. Supplied with this option: pool of your choice, stool (useful for stepping over the side and can be used in the pool to sit/lean on, 10 metres of hose, 2 universal tap connectors, floating cover, thermometer, sieve and submersible pump for emptying the pool after use.		Supplied with this option: everything from the budget option plus a heater unit to maintain water temperature whilst using the pool. This option is particularly useful if you want to take your pool into hospital, as it's not always possible to acquire a constant supply of hot water to maintain the required temperature. This is also a useful option if you prefer not to have the pool set up for the duration of the hire, and want to maintain the temperature of the water whilst you're in labour. The heater unit incorporates a pump which you can use to pump out the pool after use.
Please note: With the budget standard option it's only safe to keep the water in the pool for 24 hours - after this time the water must be pumped out and the pool cleaned and re-filled.

Five Star Home Birth Option		Gold Star Option
Your very own Hot Tub, ready to step into at a moment's notice for the duration of the hire. If you want to have the full benefit of using your Pool at home: for relaxation before birth, labour and afterwards - this is the option for you. With this option the water is constantly filtered and the temperature maintained, with our unique heating and water maintenance system. So when labour starts you can simply lift the cover and step in. Supplied with this option: Everything as above plus our unique heating and filtration system and plastic floor protection covering.		With this option, you simply order your Pool and sit back and relax, all the work is done for you. BirthWorks is the only birthing pool hire company to offer you the ultimate in luxury at the time in your life when you most deserve to be pampered. We'll bring the pool of your choice to your home, set it up, fill it and set the heating and filtration system running. Once you've had your baby, simply call us and we'll come to your home to empty, clean and remove your pool, leaving you to concentrate on your newborn at this crucial stage in the bonding process of your new family.
