Heater A Gold Hire Instructions

Plug heater into circuit breaker and press reset. The Power on light will light up green. The Heater light will flash red in groups of three (this means that there is air inside).
Check that all connectors have an “O” ring in them.

Connect bent priming pipe to the outlet connector.
Do NOT over tighten the grey connectors as this isn’t necessary as may lead to problems removing them.

Connect Straight priming/balance pipe to the inlet connector.

Using water from the filling pool (no hotter than 40degrees) slowly into the bent priming pipe, until water runs from the in straight priming pipe.
The red light will stop flashing.

Put the filter into the filter chamber, Submerge the filter chamber in the water in the filling pool until full, wipe dry.

Now remove the bent priming pipe and replace with the filter chamber. Use the wooden support block to take the weight of the filter chamber.
You will now need to move the heater unit a few inches back so that the filter chamber hangs outside of the pool.

Connect the Outlet pipe to the filter chamber.

Connect strainers to bottom of the inlet pipe.

Connect the inlet pipe to straight priming pipe.

Press and hold the Pump button until the heater unit starts to pump; the Pump on light will flash green while the Heater unit switches on and off to purge the system of any air, this will take a minute or two. Once this is complete the Pump on light will stop flashing and will come on permanently. The heater will now pump continuously.

Using the thermometer check temperature and using the control dial adjust to the required setting, Min is 30deg and Max is 40deg, around 2o'clock should be comfortable.
